Had the pleasure of staying here for our first visit to Chennai. The hospitality by the staff had an immediate impact upon arrival. They allowed us to check in early, and they went above and beyond in welcoming us! I wanted to especially note the hospitality of Rajesh and Anbu Mani. They took extra time out of the day to tell us more about Chennai and show us around. There was one person who wasn't so friendly when helping us. I don't know his name, or otherwise I would put it here. However, I would stay here again as the pros easily outweigh the cons. The location was perfect, with easy access to the mall. loved07Recently we stayed here for two days, the hotel is soo classy with ultra modern amenities, the front desk was soo friendly and active, they provided us with faster check in and check out, they were soo friendly and humble, the floorings are soo.nice, the hotel has very good ambience, they provided us morning buffet breakfast as complimentary, the room service was also good, they provided frequent room sprays which was soo pleasant.. the speed of wifi is quite mediocre.. overall it's a wonderful place to spend your vacation with your family...!!!
